Russian SKS 1951
Serial numbers match on receiver, bolt, trigger guard, magazine, and back of the dust cover.
No cleaning kit, but it does have the cleaning rod under the barrel.
1951 год (year). The square with the line through it is a mark indicating arsenal refinished.
The arrow inside the star is the Tula arsenal mark.
the left side of the stock
I'm guessing the X'ed out numbers were the serial number of whatever rifle this stock was originally on.
EDITED TO ADD : (since somebody asked about about importer's markings, "Some of them can be really be overbearing/detracting", which I agree with):
CAI ST ALB VT
SKS RUSSIAN 7.62x39
Right side of the barrel, just above the bayonet.
